BRUSSELS – 18-year-old scout leader Stijn was seriously injured while setting up a flag pole at a scouting camp in Paliseul, Luxembourg province, on Tuesday evening.

He was rushed to the university hospital in Liege by helicopter but died of his injuries during the night. The Scouts and Girl guides of Flanders announced this today.
